Introducing the Quinn Zip Pouch Pattern

There's a new pattern in the shop - the Quinn Zip Pouch! This versatile zipper pouch is a perfect pick for everyday use. Pretty enough to carry as a clutch or you can throw it in a tote to help organize your stuff. Use it as a pen / pencil pouch to go along with your favorite planner or to take along some art supplies for on the go creating. It also works well as a make up bag or as a way help protect the screens of small tablets or e-readers. Make a trio of pouches to give as a great
personalized gift!

This project is fairly straightforward and is advanced beginner friendly. I'd suggest some previous experience with sewing in zippers and sewing through multiple layers of fabric. Fabric-wise, I'd recommend anything from quilt weight fabric to canvas. I used cotton canvas or canvas linen blends for all of the sample bags I made. Some of my testers used materials such as waxed canvas and tweed with successful results!

The pattern tutorial includes instructions for using zipper by the yard / meter (zipper tape) but you can also used fixed length zippers if you prefer.

Pattern Features:

• 3 sizes included
• main zippered compartment
• exterior zipper pocket
• interior slip pocket
• fully lined - no visible seams
• optional curved bottom corners
