printable freebie: vintage sheet wrap around mailing label

Here's a little something new to the blog: digital/printable freebies! If this goes over well, I hope to be able to share lots of these with you. So, a few weeks ago I signed up for a swap {friendship bracelets, to be exact} and in trying to come up with some pretty packaging, I ended up scanning in scraps of vintage sheet fabric. From there, I created a pretty mailing label to place on the plain old mailers. Now, the label I'm sharing with you today is not the same one I created previously, because in the process of trying to get it ready to share, I got sidetracked and came up with this one instead :)

Use these labels to spruce up your correspondence! I used a glue stick to attach my labels to a kraft envelope. Email is great, of course, but getting real mail {especially pretty mail} is so much better! Looking at the photo above, I'm thinking a matching notecard would be pretty cool too. . . any thoughts?

To print your own set of labels {4 to a sheet of paper}, click here to download: label set pdf

To open a single label in Photshop/PSE/Gimp and add text, click here to download: single label png

Both high res files are zipped, so you'll need to unzip them before using. The png file will look HUGE but it's sized to print at the correct dimensions.

Terms of use: personal use only. Basically, don't sell the files or sell labels you print. However, if you want to use the labels as part of your packaging for a handmade business, go right ahead :) If you'd like to share these labels on your own blog, feel free to use the photos above, but please make sure to link back to this post and not to the files directly. Thank you!!

Hope you enjoy!
