catching up. . .

I feel like I've been away for months but I guess it's just been a couple of weeks. I've been busy spending time with my parents who've been here visiting. Sad to see them go but I guess it's time to get back into the swing of things. I've got a few things to share with you so let me get right to it . . .

If you read my last post, you'll know that I've been working on getting some arts and crafts bags put together to donate to kids in Alabama who lost homes, etc in the recent tornadoes. I'm extremely excited to tell you that the first batch of bags were delivered this weekend to Cullman, AL and I can't wait to get more donated!

{bags created by Amy, Jeannie, and me!}

I also did a little sewing for my mum. She asked for a set of potholders so I made those and also decided to make some mug rugs to go along with them. Definitely a fun little project!
