Dress A Girl Around the World Sew-a-Long Guest Post: Craftiness is Not Optional

Hope everyone is having a great weekend! I've got one more guest post for you! Last, but not least, Jess from Craftiness is not Optional is sharing her take on the classic pillowcase. She's added some really pretty details that you don't want to miss! When thinking of whom I might ask to join in on the guest posts, Jess immediately popped into my head, since most of us know, she is THE queen of dresses. Seriously funny, as well!

Hi there! My name is Jess, and I have a blog called Craftiness is not Optional, where I love to sew and craft up a storm! I have two adorable daughters, Sadie and Charlotte-and an awesome hubby who puts up with patiently supports my crafting/sewing impulses. I especially love sewing children's clothing and hoarding fabric. :D
When Vanessa first contacted me about her Dress a Girl Around the World sew along, I was so excited to participate. What a great charity-and browsing through the website made me feel so happy to sew up a dress (or two or three!) to a darling little girl somewhere! So here's my take on a pillowcase dress-with a pleated trim and sash. :D

Head over to Craftiness is Not Optional for the tutorial!

I hope you've all enjoyed the fabulous ideas, tips, and tutorials shared here this week and that you've had a great time sewing up a storm! Remember, you still have a few days left to enter dresses for the giveaway. I'll post the drawing winners on Thursday :)
