dresses, dresses, and more dresses!

Thought I'd share just a sampling of the tons of amazing dresses that have been added to the Dress A Girl Around the World Sew-a-Long Flickr pool! I am really and truly excited about how many people were able to join in and sew some dresses. Some people had sewing parties and others enlisted the help of family! There are still a few days left before the giveaway ends so don't fret if you have yet to start!

Also, there is now an additional prize for the first place winner! Michelle, of Keyka Lou Patterns and one of my awesome sponsors, is giving the winner their choice of one pattern from her shop!

One last thing for today. . . remember Cecilia's (So Tei Tei) offer to donate 50% of the revenue from sales in her patten shop from last week to Dress A Girl Around the World?? As of Friday, she was up to $118!!! That doesn't include whatever might have been raised over the weekend so the final total might be more!

I'll be back Thursday to announce the winners! Til then, happy sewing :)

  8. I did make dresses, though I've only finished one. I'll have 9 total when they are all finished. Just had too many unexpected things come up, so it doesn't look like I'll have time to get them finished and in the flickr album. I'm thankful though for the prompting and will work to finish them and get them mailed sometime this week.
